What you'll learn in the coaching:

You can pick your focus for the coaching, but what I teach is a combination of bodyweight strength, flexibility and handstand training. 

Strength Training

I specialize in bodyweight strength training but we also utilize weights if you have it available and we find it useful. We'll work on skills like handstand push ups, one arm chin ups, muscle ups and more.

Flexibility Training

We focus both on general mobility for long term health and flexibility specific skills such as side splits, bridges and overhead shoulder flexion. You'll both feel and move better allowing you to do more skills.

Handstand Training

For handstands we'll start from the ground up and build up towards a stable and consistent freestanding handstand and press to handstand. And for the advanced we'll aim for the one arm handstand.

My training philosophy

Training should make you feel strong, capable, and pain-free - not beat down and burned out.

I focus on quality over quantity - every rep has a purpose.

My approach is progression-based, combining weights and bodyweight to build real strength, flexibility, and body control.

Hey, I’m Sid.

I wasn’t born flexible or strong. I didn’t grow up doing gymnastics. In fact, when I first got into training, I felt stiff, weak, and honestly - pretty lost.

What I did have was the drive to figure it out. So I spent years studying, experimenting, and building a system that actually works. One that combines strength, mobility, and skill training in a way that makes sense - and gets real results.

Now I coach people who were like me: ambitious, but tired of spinning their wheels with random workouts or cookie-cutter programs.

My coaching style is honest, straight to the point, and fully tailored to you. If you’re ready to show up and do the work, I’ll be in your corner the whole way - with the structure, feedback, and support you need to move better, get stronger, and feel proud of what your body can do.

1. Introduction Call

The coaching begins with a zoom call for us to get to know each other better and go through the plan to achieve your goals.

2. Assessment

We then complete a movement assessment based on your goals so we can optimize the training plan to fit your lifestyle and goals.

3. Custom Program

Based on the assessment and a form I'll write a fully custom program that is optimized to maximize your training results.

4. Coaching

You then start training and I coach you through daily messages, weekly check-ins, form reviews and coaching calls if needed.
