Why I coach this way.

Most coaches pick one thing and build their entire business around it. Handstands. Flexibility. Strength. One quality, one audience, one program template.

I tried that approach early on. It didn't sit right.

The athletes I was working with didn't have one goal - they had several. And more importantly, the goals were connected. You can't build a solid handstand without the shoulder flexibility to support it. You can't develop a muscle up without the pulling strength underneath it. You can't make flexibility stick without the strength to control it.

Training these qualities separately - the way most programs are structured - creates a ceiling. You make progress on one thing and lose ground on another. The plateau isn't a motivation problem. It's a systems problem.

So I built a different approach. One that develops strength, flexibility and skills together, in a single individualized system, built around your body and your goals. After 10+ years and 50+ adults coached, I've yet to find a better way to help serious athletes finally move forward.

You send videos of your exercise technique weekly. I evaluate strength, mobility, and technique - so nothing is left to guess.

3. Custom Program 

I design a program tailored to your body, goals, and schedule - combining strength, mobility, and skill work in a single training program.

4. Weekly Coaching 

Send videos, get feedback, and receive adjustments so your training and results are optimal and safe for you.

5. Support & Accountability 

I’m here for questions, check-ins, and guidance to help you stay consistent and on track all days of the week.
